Returns & Exchanges

Only NY accepts returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed, and tagged merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please note that all sale items and limited-edition collaborations are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip generated from the returns portal.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and processes your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
